  • What Kind Of Classes Does All Out Fitness Offer?
WE ARE INITIALLY FOCUSING ON HIIT CLASSES. WE ARE OFFERING THESE CLASSES FIRST BECAUSE THEY ARE GENERALLY EXTREMELY VERSATILE. CLASSES CAN BE EASILY MODIFIED BY OUR COACHES TO MAKE SURE THEY DON'T BECOME STALE. THEY CAN ALSO BE EASILY MODULATED BY THE USER IN REAL-TIME TO MAKE THE CLASS AS TAME OR AS INTENSE AS THEIR SPECIFIC FITNESS LEVEL OR AGE DEMANDS. WE WILL BE ADDING ADDITIONAL OFFERINGS IN THE COMING MONTHS, SUCH AS 1X1 PERSONAL TRAINING, YOGA, MEDITATION, MOBILITY, ETC.
  • Does All Out Fitness offer group classes to the general public?
Absolutely. We have two types of group classes: Public and Private. Any AOF user can attend any of our Public Classes. PUBLIC classes are available to any AOF user and take place in the many beautiful public parks along the Katy Trail. PRIVATE classes are only available to AOF users that are members of a private community (employees of a specific company or tenants of a specific apartment building for example). Private classes take place in or on property that is not accessible to the general public. AOF cannot grant access to these properties.
  • do classes take place outdoors or indoors?
PUBLIC CLASSES: Currently all public group classes take place outdoors. PRIVATE CLASSES: Private group classes and individual training sessions take place both indoors and outdoors. This will very from client to client and from property to property depending on client goals, property restrictions, etc.
  • Tell Us About AOF's Coaches

  • Are classes conducted via video?
Gross. Hell no. Whoops. Sorry that was a typo.... No. All classes are conducted in person. Look....anything that helps people to be healthier is great. We're glad remote fitness works for some people. Sincerely. But frankly we are seeing a growing group of people who are Sick of screens believe going outside more is a good thing think more isolation is a bad thing We agree. And we are catering our service to those people. It's not for everyone. And that's fine.
  • IS AOF HIRING?
Yes. Aggressively. We have clients bothering us to hire more trainers. Please review the other FAQs regarding experience requirements, our hiring process, and how to submit an application. We'd love to chat with you. Resumes must reflect fitness experience or they will be discarded. It is downright bizarre how many people submit resumes without bothering to add their actual fitness roles to their experience section. We're just pointing this out so we don't waste your time (or ours).
  • How do I apply? What does the interview process look like?
We move fast for the people we want to work with. If you're experienced, skilled, responsive, and motivated this process can take just a few days. 1. Submit resume to info@alloutfitness.co Please see other FAQs for what we are looking for in terms of experience, etc. 2. Phone interview (20 - 35 minutes) to make sure we're on the same page, and generally get a sense of who you are as a person and a coach. We'll discuss: - your philosophy towards fitness - your goals - your experience - your tactics - the direction and goals of the company - the nature and requirements of the role 3. In-person PAID tryout. We give you a basic format beforehand, you show up and put us through a mini workout. About 15 - 20 minutes. We'll chat for a bit afterwards. Simple. **Please note all job offers are contingent on a successful background check and insurance verification. Submission of an application is no guarantee of employment.
  • What qualifications/experience is AOF looking for?
At least one year of group fitness experience with average class size of 10 or more students. You MUST have this experience. Personal training, nutrition, coaching team sports, etc are all 'nice to haves' but are not a substitute for this core requirement. Beyond that we are looking for coaches who: Can be on time Have a great attitude. Can take feedback without responding defensively. Calling everyone who respectfully attempts to help you be better at your job ''mean'' or ''authoritarian'' is not going to fly here (looking at you, Millennials). Are genuinely excited to build something NEW. This is a startup and we are attempting to fundamentally change fitness while simultaneously ripping a big chunk of the fitness industry out of the hands of corporate gyms and giving it to the coaches of the world. There is going to be a certain level of experimentation involved in figuring this big hairy mess out. That should EXCITE, not intimidate you. "Well that's not the way everyone else does it" - Someone who doesn't work here.
  • Can I work at other gyms/studios/etc while working with AOF?
Of course. 100%. We have made a strategic decision to become the most coach-centric company in the fitness industry and we are dead serious about it. This strategy informs every aspect of this company. From financing and fundraising. To operations. To people management. The coach is the center of everything. Limiting the flexibility that coaches require is NOT keeping with that ethos. We have no interest that.
  • What does AOF do for gyms?
A lot of things. Too many to discuss exhaustively but the highlights are: The ability to expand your operations (and your revenue) beyond your physical location(s) The ability to more effectively attract and retain the best coaches possible by offering them more work The ability to compete with some of the largest corporate gyms in the world with zero additional overhead or loss of independence Among other things... Lets talk. Reach out via the 'contact us' form
  • Can any gym work with AOF?
Absolutely not. The simple truth is that all gyms are not created equally. Some value their trainers and their users FAR more than others. The process for determining if this is a good fit for both parties is equal parts science and art. If you'd like to discuss this process further please reach out using the 'contact us' form.
  • What type of organizations does AOF work with?
Our clients are extremely diverse. However they all share a strong desire to: Attract & retain Millennial and Gen Z tenants/clients/employees. ACTUALLY improve these people's lives and well being with a service they actually want and use. To differentiate themselves from their competitors in a way that fits seamlessly with their tenants/clients/employees lives. We Work with: Employers (50 Headcount Minimum) Commercial Office Property Owners & Managers Multi-Family Property Owners & Managers Condo & Housing Associations Municipalities Hotels Unions & Trade Organizations Private Property Owners
  • What does AOF cost?
That's completely up to you. USER DEFERRED COST MODEL Some clients choose to simply allow our trainers access to their property and pass all of the cost of our services onto the end user. The user still gets a huge convenience, a new experience, and greater flexibility to incorporate fitness into their lives at competitive prices. The client gets a unique, zero-cost way to differentiate themselves in the marketplace while also fostering community within their organization, thereby increasing retention by creating more engaged, healthy employees/tenants/members. SUBSIDIZED COST MODEL Some clients choose to both grant access to their property while also subsidizing the cost of service for the user to increase engagement. Clients can choose to subsidize any percentage of the cost to the end user that they wish. They can also set monthly limits per individual, location, or department.
  • Will we have to modify our payroll or add headcount to our company?
No. All personnel are employed and paid by AOF or one of our partner gyms.
